Welcome to our Crystal River Waterfront Pool Home! This Beautiful newly remodeled home is the perfect Vacation Get-Away. This concrete block 3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 8, (additional fee after 6 guests). The open floor plan makes it nice to visit with family/friends easily. The kitchen has a huge breakfast bar with granite counters and seats at least 6 people, includes most appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware, and loads of storage. We have included many amenities to make your stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. Free Wifi is included, and large flat screen smart TV. If you have a boat, there is a boat ramp just down the street at "Crystal River Water Sports" (they also offer Manatee viewing tours) you can launch it there & keep it stored at the river house, on the floating dock, during your stay. Also there is room to park your boat trailer in driveway. Enjoy this home all year round offering the screened in Pool ( heated option November-April for an additional fee) Therapeutic Hot Tub w/LED lights, bluetooth to play your favorite music on the quality stereo system, Firepit and covered outside grill. Property is fully fenced & gated with locks. Property is surrounded by a few State Parks offering hiking trails. Downtown Crystal River is just a few miles away offering unique shopping. Kings Bay offers waterfront restaurants, so after a day on the water, travel to a restaurant, enjoy your favorite meal & cocktail while watching the sunset! Adventure Awaits ~ Crystal River is the Manatee Capital of the world, so don't miss an opportunity to swim/snorkel with these gentle giants. Excellent fishing for Trout, Redfish, Grouper, Tarpon & Snook! Motor down the Indian River through State Parks & enjoy views of Old Florida. Just a short boat ride to Crystal River leading to the Gulf for your fishing or boating pleasure! This home has video/audio security cameras in the front of the home and the dock area.14 night maximum stay. Kayaks included & Bikes too!

What a welcoming, inviting, clean, and close to everything place to stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a great time scalloping and visiting the springs in the area. The amenities offered were great… pool, hot tub, kayaks, and boat dock. Not far from the scalloping area… great fun for all! Highly recommend and would rent again without hesitation!

7 of us stayed at this beautiful home and it was extremely spacious . We had everything we needed to have a wonderful time . We enjoyed the home so much we didn’t do as much as we had planned because the home with the pool ,Hot tub and Kayaks was a vacation in itself Highly recommend this for your Crystal River Stay . Everything was perfect, just as the photos and description describes. The home was updated nicely and was very comfortable for our family. The dock worked out great for our 25’ boat and the pool couldn’t have been better. Overall a great experience!

Absolutely beautiful facilities, great location close to many trails and activities, very, very clean and well supplied. We hiked, biked, swam with manatees, enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We could not ask for more.
