Are you shopping for the perfect location for your family's vacation, girls weekend, scalloping or fishing trip? If so, look no further! With a heated pool, kayaks, four tastefully staged bedrooms, two full baths, and a chef's dream kitchen complete with high-end appliances and tons of workspace, Casa Del Sol checks all the boxes. If your idea of a dream vacation is kicking back and relaxing by the pool, playing with the Manatees, morning strolls along the river, kayaking or limiting out on Red Fish and Scallops, then your quest is over. Casa Del Sol isn't just another vacation rental, it's our personal vacation home, and we feel privileged to share it with our guests.

Located just below King's Bay on a deep-water lagoon, Casa Del Sol is in one of the few neighborhoods in Crystal River that legally allows short term vacation rentals. Our upscale neighborhood consists of several small islands just off the main river. For kayakers, we are a 30-minute paddle to Three Sister's or Hunter Springs. Don’t have a kayak. No worries, we provide two kayaks for your use and there are rental shops within a few miles of the home. The islands around our home are a kayaker's dream where it is common to encounter dolphin, sea turtles and manatees. Our area is quiet and peaceful unlike the touristy Spring area. For boaters and fishermen, our home is just five houses off the main channel on a deep-water lagoon. We are below the "No Wake Zones" found on Kings Bay - without bridges, tide concerns or long boring canal rides to the main channel or gulf. There's a 24' floating boat dock that will accommodate two small boats or one large. We also have a fish cleaning station with lights, electricity and running water. There are two boat launches within five minutes of the house. By car, we are located just off Fort Island Trail half-way between Crystal River and Fort Island Trail Beach.

In 2025, our home received an extensive remodel after Hurricane Helene. We went for a fun, upbeat Boho Chic vibe with mermaid and octopus bedrooms, and a great bar area all in tropical shades of crimson and teal. The home is filled with artwork from the Crystal River area creating a unique perspective on coastal living. The home boasts four full bedrooms (3 King Beds and a Queen) and two custom designed bathrooms. The master bath has a large, beautifully appointed, walk-in shower, double sinks and separate water closet.

We put careful consideration into every element of our home. We designed, stocked and furnished the home with our guests in mind. From first-aid kits to beach towels, we have tried to think of everything you might need, and we don't skimp on quantity or quality. Our maintenance team and cleaning staff are fantastic. If something breaks, we fix it, and the home is spotless. We have high standards, and we believe in treating our guests as we would want to be treated on our vacation. The main living room has a 75" Roku Smart TV and DVD player, DVD's and large overstuffed couch and chair.

The pub room has a unique beverage bar made from reclaimed wood from South America that seats four on leather bar stools and a pub table that seats an additional four.

The family room has a game cabinet, book lending library and 42" Smart TV.

The master bedroom has a 42" Roku Smart TV.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes for 12, a host of small appliances including a deep fryer, crock pot, blender, and plenty of pots, pans, serving bowls and new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining room has a dining table that seats six.

The home has Wi-Fi and Streaming ROKU TV.

At Casa Del Sol you can fish and watch manatees from the private boat dock. If you enjoy fishing, trout, snapper, cobia and redfish are abundant in the area. Professional guides are available for fishing excursions. Kayakers can pack a snack, board the kayaks - provided with your rental - and head for Three Sister's Spring - for a day of sight-seeing and Manatee watching. Manatees frequent our cove and can be seen from the dock along with other area wildlife. At the end of the day relax by the pool. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 PER NIGHT, PER PERSON FEE FOR PARTIES OVER 8. WE ALLOW A MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS INCLUDING CHILDREN AND ADULTS. ONE PET IS ALLOWED WITH AN ADDITIONAL $75 PET FEE.

The Snowbird Rate requires a minimum stay of 29 nights.
