About this property

Beautiful home in the highlands of Louisville Kentucky

The main floor has a formal living room that opens up to the dining room and remodeled kitchen.

Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, another bedroom with a twin bed for a toddler and a playroom that offers a twin day bed along with a trendle twin bed that hides underneath. Feel free to enter and exit through the sun room.

In the basement, enjoy another 65 inch TV with surround sound and a huge sectional. Partake in some billiards on our pool table. Also in the basement is a queen bed and the half bath.

We have a one car garage along with a car port for parking. We are only 5 miles away from Churchhill Downs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great experience!

This house worked out very well for us for Derby weekend (it was easy to drive to the Downs and back with very little traffic, coming from the East; similar story for Highlands/NuLu area and Downtown). We enjoyed the little bar and pool table in the basement and plenty of room to hangout in dining/living room area. Nice location really close (basically walking distance) to a local coffee shop, specialty liquor shop, gym, health/natural foods store with smoothie bar, and other things. It may be possible to get around with short walks and public transportation but we didn't look into it - would probably recommend having a car either way (which we did); bicycles may also work depending on fitness level. Good communication with owners and all-in-all a great experience. Thanks!
