Cottage - adorable, intimate 1-bedroom. Cottage has been freshly painted (January 2023). Cottage does not have running water. Bathroom, and shower are across the driveway (10 steps). A composting toilet is installed to eliminate the bathroom walks at night. Private deck looks upon immaculate lawn. Walking distance to Reject's Beach, Mansions, Cliff Walk and Ocean Drive. Off-street parking directly in front of the Cottage.

Steve and Fran retired to Newport in 2014 to be near the ocean, and family and friends. We take pride in providing an excellent stay for our guests as evidenced by the care and attention to the property and the furnishings.

The bathroom associated with the Cottage was completed remodeled in 2021.

This is a unique property for the right guests. It is ideally located in Newport with easy access to downtown Newport, the beaches, the mansions, and the cliff walk.

What makes this property unique

Location, location. We are walking distance to many Newport attractions. Historic Bellevue Avenue is 1 block away. Ocean Drive, Bailey's Beach, Reject's Beach and the Cliff Walk are down the street. Salve Regina University is 3 blocks away. A 15 minute walk brings you to Thames Street, and the Tennis Hall of Fame. First Beach, Second Beach, and Fort Adams are a short drive away. This is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Newport.
