The 4 **** apartment with free garage is spacious and furnished with great attention to detail and awaits you in a quiet location not far from the center. The 45 sqm apartment with balcony and views of forests and garden idyll has a separate entrance and is located on the first floor. The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture. In the living room you will find a modern flat screen TV and a stereo system. Another flat screen and blue ray player is in the bedroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and fridge freezer. Of course, in addition to a coffee machine, you will also find a Nespresso machine, egg cooker and toaster. Other amenities include a clothes horse, ironing board and iron, hair dryer and makeup mirror.
Bed linen and towels, final cleaning and Wi-Fi are included in the price. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. A cot and high chair are also available.
