Arrive and park in private parking to be greeted by an inviting, open, furnished porch and shaded, fenced yard. Inside, the first floor features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary suite is a spacious haven with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a chaise lounge, and a large flat-screen TV. The private bath includes a generous glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a single vanity with ample storage. The second bedroom also features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a mounted flat-screen TV, dresser, and closet. The third bedroom is a bunk room that accommodates four guests, equipped with a small flat-screen TV and French doors leading to the front porch. This room connects to a full bathroom with a modern glass-enclosed shower/tub combination.

Ascend to the second floor to find yourself in an open, airy floor plan, highlighted by vaulted ceilings. The spacious kitchen, dining, and living area flow seamlessly together, with French doors opening onto the expansive upstairs porch that offers stunning views of Seaside and the surrounding treetops.
