We live in colorful Colorado, where the mountains are always calling—but we’ve got a serious love for the beach too. Now that we’re empty nesters, we’re making the most of this new season by spending time with our kids and grandkids, traveling with friends, and finding places that feed our sense of wonder (and our love for warm weather!).

WaterColor quickly became one of our favorite destinations. The laid-back vibe, stunning beaches, friendly people, and endless biking trails had us hooked from the start. We love the contrast—mountains at home, beach at heart—and we’re so excited to share this little slice of paradise with you. Whether you’re here to rest, play, or reconnect with the people you love, we hope you’ll feel right at home.

Plus, it backs right up to the national forest, so it feels private, peaceful, and like a true escape.
