Sitting on Slattery Canal and offering water views of Turtle Creek, Villa Amelia provides a spacious environment for a family of 6 persons. This villa comes fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities a family will need for a short or extended stay. A fully equipped kitchen overlooks a spacious and open dining and living room which opens to an outside deck and patio with a family-sized pool.

The outside deck and patio are great for entertaining and enjoying family BBQs or gatherings. The villa is gated and offers security, and the yard is surrounded by lush green vegetation, which ensures privacy and creates an authentic Caribbean feel.

Villa Amelia offers air conditioning in each bedroom and the central dining and living areas. Amenities include TVs in each bedroom and living space, high-speed internet and cable, dishwasher, and washer and dryer.

This Villa was great. Pictures are accurate and it was clean and in a quiet area. Some slight wear and tear in places, but it's the Caribbean, not surprising. An extra sofa or lounge chair(s) would have been nice for seating around the tv for the 4 of us, and as others have stated a few more kitchen utensils would be nice (like a pizza cutter, etc). Close drive to everything, but you definitely need to rent a car to get around as the villa is somewhat isolated and not walkable to anything. There is a gas grill which was nice to have. This was our first visit to T&C so we didn't know what to expect, but would definitely consider this location again!

Beautiful home and exactly as pictured! It is located in the perfect central location. We rented a car which was very convenient but everything is within 10-15 minutes distance if utilizing taxi services. Host was very friendly and always responsive. I would definitely recommend this lovely home if visiting the area.

I would definitely go back. The house was very nice and clean. I would only suggest that they have Beach lounge chairs available to take to the beach since the rentals are very expensive.

Close to everything

Beautiful secure house close to everything you need! 10 Minute drive to Grace Bay and shopping, five minutes to the grocery, and also access to all other beaches. Great central location. How’s everything you need, the beds are a little firm in the kitchen a little lacking with utensils but other than that, it’s fantastic! Book with confidence!

It was OK

In general, the villa looked like the pictures, but up close, it’s in need of some TLC (bedroom furniture looked beat up, railing along deck was falling apart). The kitchen was not well stocked for actual meal preparation. There is a grill, but it’s not mentioned in the listing. We were unsure about the pool - the jets were never running, and it had lots of bugs and leaves floating around in it with no way to clean it out. It was OK for the price.
