This apartment comes recently remodeled with ample off street parking, Central AC and laundry on site! No local guests, property is available to international traveler’s as well as out of town guests.



The Space:

This is a recently remodeled 1 bedroom apartment located on the lower level of a home with other Airbnb apartments. Entry is through the back door. Shared laundry in the basement. Everything in your apartment is used by you and only you.



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in the prestigious Park Avenue neighborhood. It’s a short walk or drive to many local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, museums, parks and many more. Great walking neighborhood too!



Other Things to Note:

I do charge an extra pet fee per pet. Please message me via the Airbnb app to discuss the price. I don’t allow any parties or events
