Welcome! This Airbnb is situated directly in the heart of Rochester's vibrant cultural center, the Park Avenue Neighborhood!!! A 5 minute walk down beautiful tree lined streets to Park Ave where you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. A completely remodeled comfortable 2nd floor apartment with King bed greets you upon entrance and gives you that home away from home feel. This is a half house apartment.

No local guests. Property is available to international and out of town traveler’s.



The Space:

This property is located in the prestigious Park Avenue neighborhood. It’s a short walk to many local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, museums, parks and many more. Great walking neighborhood too! This property is located on the 2nd floor but has a very wide stairway

The entire apartment! Shared laundry located in basement- instructions on how to access posted in apartment.

Easy walk to coffee shops and bars and charming neighborhood. And easy drive to the lake and RIT. The house is old so both quaint and lovely but has old house quirks like squeaky and echoing stairs and stairwells when other guests are outside the doors. Found some problematic litter on the driveway (clearly not hosts fault) and the hosts came and took care of it immediately. Friendly and helpful.
