Studio / Le Petite Papillon Highlights:
Offering private driveway parking, “to the left of tree with swing”. Private Carmel stone patio. Private entrance. Over 442 square of interior privacy and enjoyment, including, Queen size comfort ~ 400 thread count “ironed pressed linens” and "down comforter".
For those who prefer more warmth, Guests may enjoy a heating blanket (located in the closet). In addition, there is a Dyson electric space heater located in the living room (Please do not leave on more than 60 minutes at a time, to avoid over heating or hazard). Located in the walk-in closet, a small portable heater, for your use. As a note, the main heating is forced air heating, controlled by Hosts, normally set at 67 degrees,
For cooling and or air circulation, a Vortex portable fan is located in the walk-in closet.
Downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Located just 4/10ths of a mile from the studio - Le Petite Papillon. If Carmel River Beach is appealing, just 9/10ths of a mile from the studio. Take Ocean Avenue to either.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no sidewalks, nor street lights in Carmel, while many guests enjoy evening walks to take in the wonder of Carmel, including art and jewelry shops, fine dining, many Guests, choose to take Lyft or Uber.
With hopes that you would enjoy the studio and surroundings, the studio offers approximately 442 square feet of comfort and relaxation, tranquility. The living room features a comfortable couch for 2 (no hideaway bed), reading chair with wrap blanket. For your entertainment, discretely hidden in the armoire, new LG 43" Smart TV, Comcast / XFINITY stations, with your own account, access to Netflix, YouTube and entertainment venues. Other interior features include: bistro table with two (2) dining chairs, walk-in closet with dresser, kitchenette with microwave, remodeled bathroom (with shower over tub), a spacious walk-in closet with separate dresser, plenty of space for hanging cloths, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

As we do our best to keep cleaning fees low, we do ask that you maintain the studio in the same condition as presented, leaving the studio clean, neat and tidy at the time of check-out.
KEYS
Place both sets of keys on the bistro table in the studio, leaving both studio doors unlocked, providing access for the studio cleaning team.
