Why stay in a hotel when you can have a whole condo? The open floor plan of this downtown condo—with skylights and hickory floors—includes a cozy dining area and a living room with comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV and one of two gas fireplaces. And when you’re not taking advantage of the fine dining Carmel is known for, the kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The master suite has a King bed, a fireplace, and a private bath with a large tub and a steam shower. The second guest room has a Queen bed, and the second bath, located in the hall, has a walk-in shower. Elevator access. Single garage (fits one small/medium car only) in the Carmel Realty lot on Junipero (1/2 block away). There is unmetered street parking on Junipero past 5th, and a free parking lot (no overnight) on 3rd, between Junipero and Torres.  Carmel-by-the-Sea TOT License 25759 [enter desc]

We loved staying at this condo! It was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location off of Ocean Ave. We enjoyed nearby shopping and restaurants and of course the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

The place was great! Being from the south we were used to having AC. Each evening around 3-4pm when we were getting ready for dinner it was a little out of our comfort zone but other than that, it was perfect! Location was 10 out of 10 and parking was such a blessing! I am satisfied with my stay would definitely recommend it!

AC did not work. There were plenty of floor fans which we used and they helped particularly at night. We were not able to use the Master Bedroom due to being too warm. Location is good covered parking is about a half-block off property. Nonetheless I appreciated the on site parking as street parking is at a premium in this town.

We were there for 4 nights and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bring your own tea bags, as I did. Coffee was provided. Lots of blankets and towels. Grateful for the washing machine.We invited relatives over for card games.It was nice and private for middle of Carmel by the Sea. Loved being on the top floor and the elevator is great for those who can not do stairs. I used the small table and chair outside to see the view and pray in the morning.Easy access with code for front gate and door.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Banyan. The location is great & the property had everything we needed. The instructions for getting into then property on arrival and what to do before we left were very easy to follow. Excellent communication from the host. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect Location
