This fabulous stone house with pool is located in the small village of Zabe?ani, on a fenced plot with beautiful views of the evergreen countryside. When the domicile was renovated with attention to detail, care was taken to preserve the traditional building elements such as stone and wood in their origin. This created an inviting flair and ensures that you spend a dream vacation here. A large living and dining area with kitchen and large indoor fireplace, a bathroom and a covered terrace await you on the first floor. An outside staircase leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms, a bathroom and also a terrace. Enjoy the idyllic location away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but also discover the beauty of the entire peninsula. In about half an hour drive you can reach the main coastal resorts of Pore?, Rovinj, Pula and Labin.
