Below the hill town of Pićan, just 15 kilometers from the beach, you will find this beautiful pool villa and its 1 hectare garden.

An open terrace with a grill and a dining table overlooks the pool, where you can spend most of your time in Istria.

The house consists of two houses on the ground floor (brown and yellow houses on the index photo). Both houses are very comfortably furnished. In total there are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet.

This arrangement of Villa Maslina offers a special opportunity for a larger group of friends or two families who want to spend the vacation together.

All bedrooms and living rooms are air-conditioned.
WiFi is available and parking is secured on the property!
