About this property

Ze Perfect Place Authentique 1 BDR - AC - Old Nice

Welcome to this two-room apartment with a through-layout, in a completely quiet setting, nestled in an inner courtyard right in the heart of Old Nice.

Located on the 4th and top floor (no lift) of a typical Nice building, with no neighbors above, this apartment has been completely renovated:
insulated walls, double-glazed windows, air conditioning in every room, and restored Provençal terracotta tiles on the floor, which give it a warm and unique character.

The apartment consists of:

- a large, bright living room with a built-in sofa and a dining table,
- a spacious bedroom with a 2m x 2m bed, high-end bedding,
- a separate kitchen, located between the living room and the bedroom,
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

You’re just a few steps from the sea, the Cours Saleya market, restaurants, and all the excitement of Old Nice—yet in complete tranquility, thanks to its location at the back of the courtyard, with no direct neighbors.

Personalised service from our local concierge, including hotel-quality linens, flexible check-in, and recommendations for the best spots in Nice.
