About this property

Bear Creek Mountain Retreat Cottage on 107 Acres

We have 107 acres of mountains with the cozy cottage sitting in a 5 acre meadow. We are near hiking areas, streams and 4 miles from Watauga Lake, and are within an hour of three North Carolina ski resorts.
The house has a combined living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a twin roll away bed in each closet, a full bathroom, and washer and dryer. The sheets, pillows, comforters, and towels are provided. There is a small deck out back, and a front porch with 2 rockers.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn the thermostat to 75 in the summer and 55 in the winter. We have wifi access to the thermostat so we can reset it for the next arriving guests.
