The marina and Watauga Lake access are just a short distance from your front door. Enjoy boating, water skiing, kayaking, hiking the Appalachian trail and nearby snow skiing. You can relax in the hammock or take a nap on the bed swing. At night gather around the campfire and gaze at the stars. Experience the peacefulness for yourself.

Why they chose this property
Butler has become home for us and we absolutely love the mountains and the lake. Wautaga lake is the 3rd cleanest lake in the US and only 40% of the sore line is occupied. Love the beauty and all the outdoor adventure the area has to offer!
