Just down the hall from the living area you find twin first-floor master bedrooms directly facing each other, both equipped with en-suite full baths. They are cozy and comfortable, both decorate in cool tones, and featuring dramatic Lowcountry art. Up the stairs is another king-size bedroom, plus 2 sets of bunk beds, making this a perfect family-friendly escape. The upstairs also features a full bath with a stunning clawfoot soaking tub, and separate shower.

The private back screen porch is complete with a comfortable dining table and chairs, great for relaxing with a cocktail at the end of an active day of biking and kayaking at Palmetto Bluff.

Just a short stroll down the quiet neighborhood streets, and you are in the heart of Wilson Village, taking in the breathtaking views of the May River. Wilson Village offers everything you need for a fantastic getaway, including Buffalos Restaurant, the gorgeous waterfront chapel, a myriad of water excursion options, and much more! Don't forget to end your days at the River House firepits, where you will enjoy a yummy s'more and quality conversations with other members and guests.

This home is also located a short 5-minute golf cart ride from the world-class Montage Inn, Spa, and Octagon restaurant. On the way there, don't forget to stop by RT's Market to grab a snack, or the famous Treehouse Playground.

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4th week, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.
