Great quiet location; lots of room!

The pet-friendly house, pool, patio, and decks were spacious and clean! The location was great, quiet, and a short walk from the beach! The owners were responsive to messages prior to the stay. I’d highly recommend it and would stay here again.

The stay was nice and relaxing didn't wanna leave when it was time to go. Wish i had a place there of my own. Cant wait to book the place again for another vacation.

Family beach trip

We had a great time staying at the house. Location was an easy walk to the beach. The pool was a great spot to relax. The house had of room for everyone. The management team was responsive to get us some missing bedding. Would stay again.

Spacious Beach Getaway

Awesome place with lots of rooms and close to the beach and bay. Love all the kitchen items needed to cook with a very reactive owners if you encounter any issues. I totally highly recommend this place. 5 stars!

Great SPI Home Base

Our family and furry friends had a marvelous time at The Hibiscus House. House is very spacious and equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable and easy. The heated pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back!!

Evan was a great host who answered any questions we had. The property was beautiful and very spacious. We especially loved the new outdoor furniture on the primary bedroom's balcony. We would rent here again!

Decompression vacation

The Hibiscus House was perfect for us. Very very nice home. The swimming pool was a life saver on the days that the winds were 40mph. Very quiet nice neighborhood and close to everything. The only downfall was that we don’t own the house because I would have not left. Perfect place to just decompress. Thank you for offering your beautiful home for others to enjoy. We will rent the Hibiscus again.

Hibiscus House

We totally enjoyed our time in the Hibiscus House. Back yard was pretty private, loved the pool. Decks front and back offer nice view of the bay and some interesting birds in the pond. Large living space and kitchen. Great location. Out riding our bikes every night and close drive to the beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Spectacular Place!

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations and our expectations were high! The home is charmingly decorated and the very nicely furnished kitchen made meal prep easy. The king bed was excellent as was the walk-in shower. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, used extensively during our stay. Our host was simply remarkable and very responsive. We will book again!

Great Family Vacation

This is a great place for families! Just a short walk to the beach and plenty of space for everyone! My mom was comfortable in the downstairs bedroom and they had extra fans for when we had too much in and out to the pool and It warmed up downstairs. The host is amazing! We had quite a few requests and they accommodated us in a timely manner, with much grace. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals! We had a great time and will be back!!

Great time!

This is a nice house, clean and well decorated. There were a couple of repairs that needed to be made and the owners responded quickly. We enjoyed the heated pool and the neighborhood is very nice. You can relax on multiple porches and see the bay from the upper porches. We drove to the beach because we had a lot of stuff to bring but we did walk once. Be aware that for part of the walk there are no sidewalks so keep that in mind if you have children or pets. There is limited parking by the beach. Do not wash your clothing with any house towels because lint from the towels comes off easily. I recommend this house and my family and I will stay here again.

Clean and Private

We loved our stay at this beach house. It was an easy check-in process and it was easy to reach out to Bob if we needed something. The house is located on a quiet street on the bay side. The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures. There’s so much space and natural light in the entire house. I was most happy to have a bedroom and bathroom on the first level so that my elderly parents didn’t have to climb up and down too much. I have so many good things to say about our stay and I highly recommend booking this place if you’re looking to stay at the island.

Perfect setup for a quick getaway

The place was a perfect set-up for a family of 5. Ample space to spread out but also a large living area to come together. Short walk to the beach. The property owner communicates very effectively and checked in with us. The property was fully stocked (towels, coffee, cleaning products, etc)

Hibiscus house

We had a great Padre Island stay. The house was beautiful and just as described. The only slight issue we has was a non-functional ice maker but immediately after being notified of our problem a brand new one appeared. Could not have asked for faster help. Would certainly recommend this property .

My wife and I fell in love with the house which was owned and rented out by a family friend. We loved it so much we decided to purchase it! This house is our second home and we do try to stay when it's not being rented so please treat it kindly!
