Over 2,500 sq ft, the home features 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a formal dining room, great room, screened porch, dedicated workspace, games, and full-size laundry room. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and baby essentials (high chair & playpen).

Considered a mansion in its era, the home boasts high ceilings, oversized bedrooms, and abundant natural light. Modern upgrades include high-speed WiFi, smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, and a full-size washer/dryer.

Perfect spot for downtown Mooresville!

It was a very clean and quaint house in the perfect location. The beds were pretty hard, and they only provided four towels, but overall, I would rent this house again.

Walkable to Downtown

The Mansion on Main was perfect for our stay during the recent NC Main Street Conference. We walked to downtown Mooresville for daily meetings and dinner. The owners did a great job maximizing the space of the historic home for the new use. We would definitely recommend this to anyone coming into town.

Not bad not good

One towel one wash cloth per person, one hand towel per bathroom, no tissue, no hot tub, some roaches in the kitchen, we were there for eight days. Only four coffee pods, not enough sugar, the hosts went real cheap for inexpensive things and by that I mean the towels, coffee, sugar tissue all the little things that are needed were not there.

Our home is stocked according to the amenities listed in the reservation details, including an initial supply of towels, coffee (always 6 coffee pods in the dedicated holder), and paper goods (a full roll of paper towels, napkins, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom) to get guests started. We also include laundry pods if you would like to wash towels or personal items during your stay. For longer stays such as yours, additional supplies are typically replenished by guests, which is noted in our listing. We take cleanliness very seriously and were surprised to hear about insects, as the home is professionally cleaned and treated on a regular schedule. Had this been reported during your stay, we would have addressed it immediately. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.
