In beautiful Pacific Beach, by amazing restaurants, sandy beaches and great shops, this oasis will be your perfect home to unwind and relax after exploring beautiful San Diego.

Come home and rinse the sand in the outdoor shower followed by a water jet massage in the hot tub and a glass of wine right before a perfectly cooked ribeye on the grill and a night of looking at the stars in the beautiful patio.


- - - - Professionally Cleaned and Sanitized every single time - - - -

The place including the outdoor areas and of course the tub, get professionally cleaned and sanitized, the water in the tub is changed every time a guest checks out and then the tub gets sanitized. All bedding, clothing, towels, etc go to an industrial laundry sanitation facility and every single time, fresh, sanitized items are placed right after cleaning and disinfecting the entire house. Our cleaning standards are higher than the guidelines provided by any vacation rental site and the local and federal authorities, we use steamers and sanitation smoke blasters. Our cleaning companies were instructed to use the products listed in the health department site only. Our cleaning staff gets their temperature checked daily. We also have a self-check in and out process so there is not contact with anyone.

Our stay was fantastic. A fun 15 minute walk to the best town, and if you keep walking you'll hit the beach boardwalk. New and clean facilities, stalked kitchen, plus a responsive and friendly host. Would definitely stay here again!!

What a lovely little gem of a place to stay in Pacific Beach! We absolutely adored the property and enjoyed all the fantastic amenities provided. This was a great little place for a wonderful weekend in sunny San Diego. My wife and I had a great stay and we loved the outside area. The location is wonderful as well. We were able to use the provided bikes to take a ride into Pacific Beach!

We enjoyed the outdoor living this offered for a beautiful weekend in San Diego! The Fishhouse is within walking distance and is excellent! The bikes were so nice. We went on a 5-mile ride one morning.

The outdoor kitchen and patio area was a great place to make dinners and just hang out in the fresh air. Having a dedicated parking spot is a big deal in Pacific Beach. We had a great time.

Fun Spot for a getaway

The property was nice and clean. It was a little noisy since it was on a busy street but idk how you can avoid that. The only thing I wasn’t expecting was a tall building next door that had a view onto part of the property. But the hot tub was nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

The location was perfect for our trip. The rental was clean and amenities were perfect. We brought our truck and were initially concerned about the assigned parking but there was plenty of room. We didn’t end up cooking but for an outside kitchen it was clean and had everything needed to whip up a home cooked meal. Loved the double gate as it added to security and we were able to enjoy the spa and patio in privacy. If you are a light sleeper there might be a concern as the main road is near the head of the bed but it was only for a short time in the early morning. Highly recommend.

Great stay in a great location

Ideal location for 2 people to stay in the Pacific Beach area. Just a short drive to beach and restaurants. The rental was clean and exactly as described and the property manager was available by text and very responsive. Also had a few great convenience items we were able to use at the beach, which we really appreciated. The outdoor kitchen and hot tub were also fantastic additions that set this property apart. Also, parking spot was included as well which is not always the case in this area. Great stay and would definitely go again!

Your property is wonderful, the security and privacy are top notch, it is a trifle noisy which honestly can't be helped considering its surroundings. My lady and i had a FANTASITC time. I loved this place! It was a 30 minute walk to the beach. The hottub was clean! The outdoor seating area was my favorite. Not super relaxing due to noise from traffic on the street. But - the setup is very relaxing. Cute bathroom! Water took a while to get hot but was fine otherwise. The location is in a busy area. I really enjoyed my stay here!

A great spot with a great location In PB

Ricardo was nothing but helpful all the way through the entire process. The property is 10 out of 10. Very clean and easy to access in the area surrounding the house is extremely nice. The kitchen and house is stocked with everything you may need during your stay if you plan on booking here I would! Worth every penny. The hot tub is great and they are dog friendly, which is another plus. Thank you very much for us and we will see you again.

Wonderful gem in PB

Fantastic stay in this fun little gem in a great walkable neighborhood in Pacific Beach. 20 min walk or a 10 min bike ride to the beach (two cruiser bikes included), a short walk to the Wildwood Bakery with amazing pastries and excellent coffee, and a ton of great restaurants and sports bars to watch the game and meet some local friends. The outdoor kitchen was also great and with 4 grocery stores just a short walk away, it made it real easy to make some fun meals right there. Hot tub was real nice way to end the day before crawling in to the very comfortable bed. Definitely would stay here again, and Ricardo is an excellent host who has always treated me well at several of their locations and is always responsive to any questions I have.

Great time!

First time staying in PB and so excited when I saw a property from Ricardo as we regularly stay at the Hillcrest\Banker hill location which is superb. This property not disappoint! Location was great and although there is traffic noise, much to be expected on a busy street so was not surprised. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. We love to walk and with our dog traveling with us was just a win win. Ricardo has great communication and we initially had trouble finding the location, but he responded quickly to ensure we found it. He checked in as well and was just great customer service, which we always encounter when staying at one of his properties. The property had everything we needed and was clean and well stocked with necessities and more! Thank you for another great stay in SD!

Comfortable Villa

This Zen Villa was a perfect spot for us! We were out and about during the day and had a nice "crash pad" to come back to. It has all the things you need for home base, and was nicely furnished with a modern feel. The outdoor area was nice and secluded with a tall privacy fence and some tall plants. The hot tub was nice to come home to, and was also why we booked this spot. The outdoor kitchen was really neat, it was fully stocked with any dishes you might need. The place was stocked with extra paper goods, bathroom linens, and even had supplies for a day at the beach! A huge plus was the tv had access to seemingly every streaming service! We only had a few complaints. The space was smaller than expected but ended up not being an issue. We weren't fans of the rain shower head, but at least the wand had higher pressure if you needed it. The area isn't the greatest but it was close to everything we wanted do and see, plus it was nice not being under any flight paths like many other rentals near by. Overall it was great place to stay with my girlfriend and 2 smaller pups; I would recommend it!
