Entire beautiful Spanish-style home available for rent. The home has a spacious and large open floor plan. The backyard is private, has a BBQ and fire pit for your enjoyment. This home is stunning and perfectly decorated. It's perfect for BBQ'ing and celebrating with family and friends for any occasion. The desert mountain views are amazing and there are various hiking and bike paths within the city. You can also bike or take a short drive to local shops and resturants in down town La Quinta.

This property is perfectly located in the upper La La Quinta Cove to enjoy the beautiful California desert landscape. You can enjoy 360 Mountain Views as well as very close hiking and biking trails, restaurants and local shops in Old Town La Quinta. The house is perfect for a retreat, family celebration or escaping colder climates in the winter. Whatever the occasion, this beautiful vaction home will provide all the accomodations for an unforgettable travel experience.
What makes this property unique
The interior space is beautiful. The traditional traverine floors, pavers and smooth finished walls provide a luxurious space that is nicely complimented by modern fixtures. The his and her shower in the master bedroom is a nice feature as well. The backyard provides a nice covered patio that in addition to providing seating, it features a fireplace and Weber BBQ that is perfect for taking a break or enjoying each others company.
