Enjoy spectacular views from sunrise to sunset from your private ocean front and marsh view decks. The first floor deck which is just steps from the beach offers spacious seating an enjoyable space to watch the sun rise with your favorite morning beverage. Enjoy a bird's eye view of the Dolphins often seen swimming by from your 2nd floor private Master Bedroom's sundeck. A third deck located off the first floor bedroom and has lovely, unobstructed view of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway.
The Sand Dollar is roomy and located directly on the beach. Prepare meals or beverages while you marvel at the oceanfront views in the open kitchen all while enjoying the company within.
