Nice, roomy tri-level in the foothills of a Dubuque bluffs. Close to downtown. Two parking spots. Nice area to lounge with the family.

The home was spotless and way bigger than what it appears in the pictures. We loved hanging out downstairs in the evening playing ping pong and other games. Would definitely stay here again if return to the Dubuque area.

We rented this house for a weekend for our daughter’s graduation. It was perfect! Good location, plenty of room for six people, very clean! Loved the layout of the house, very nicely done! Host was great to work with! Would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you!!

The house and location is great! It is an older house so it echos. But stunning view of the town from the top floors. And perfect lower level walk out for people who can’t do stairs as well.

We had a great time at the Arlington Cottage! The house was very clean, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The game room was a hit and the fireplaces were so cozy to sit by. There are a lot of winding stairs in the house which can be a little tricky for younger and older guest but overall house was fantastic!
