This Mission-style home built in 1924 is nestled in the historic bluffs of downtown Dubuque. Overlooking the Mississippi River and downtown. Walking distance to the Farmers Market, Millwork District, Loras College and many coffee houses.
An easy trip to 2 casinos, local restaurants and less than 30 minutes to the Field of Dreams and Galena.
The scenic views from inside the house, front and back patio are like no other. Experience the true feeling of living in a historic neighborhood.
