In our country property, a 50m² (538 sq ft) non-smoking cottage for up to 4 people. Located between Lake Geneva (15 minutes from the spa towns of Evian and Thonon-les-Bains, with a discounted rate) and the mountains, near Bernex and Thollon (10 minutes), it's just 1 hour from Annecy and close to Switzerland. The cottage, in a pleasant and peaceful setting, comprises a fully equipped living room, a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a mezzanine area (TV, Wi-Fi) with a double sofa bed (140cm). There is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Enjoy the private wooded area with views of fallow deer, a beehive with homemade honey, deck chairs, a barbecue, and parking. Ski resorts are 10 minutes away, and a supermarket, doctors, pharmacy, etc., are nearby. Various hikes are available starting from the house and in the surrounding area... the week costs between €260 and €450.
