The home was very nice clean beds comfortable Frank, the host was amazing. There is a large front yard and gated backyard. Also a river across the street. The location is perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

The host, Frank was very welcoming. We found everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Grocery store, Dicks sporting goods and downtown were all so close!We were able to visit with family who were close by too.The outdoor cat was a warm addition to our family stay.

I appreciate your review as I take extreme pride in my property. My cleaning lady texted me pictures of dirty towels all over the bathroom floors and trash overflowing. I am having to pay her extra for the time and extra effort she had to put into the cleaning and preparation. The towels were instructed to be started and trash taken out on the directions. I am disappointed in how things were left to my house and saddens me to have to writes this. Blessings

The home was just as described. Furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Frank, the host, was very responsive and available for questions. The location is a five minute drive from downtown Franklin. It is located very near the location of the Battle of Franklin which is now a lovely park. There is plenty of room for the family inside and out.

Peaceful Retreat

We loved staying in this beautiful Franklin home. The six of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. The house is extremely clean, has very comfortable beds and a great kitchen with jenair appliances. Frank was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. The setting is beautiful, quiet and very peaceful. We would love to stay here again.

We traveled to Franklin for a family wedding that included events in downtown Franklin and at Homestead Manor. The location of this house was perfect, as it was about 10 minutes to both events. It was very private and very quiet. There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including a screened in porch that was wonderful. It’s nicely decorated and was very clean. If we’re ever back in Franklin, we would definitely rebook this place!

Beautiful property!

Incredible house- very well maintained. Bedrooms are all great size with plenty of room. Beautiful kitchen and well appointed. Lovely outside and screened in porch areas. Frank was incredibly attentive and easy with which to work!
