Best Little Farm

This property is awesome; perfect for family. We truly enjoyed walking the property and discovering all the acreage. Wish we could have used the firepit, but we will just have to come back in the winter. Host is awesome.

Loved our stay at the barn house!

This was a much needed vacation and Frank's home is a slice of heaven. From Boots the cat mascot that lives outside to the lovely, grassy acres all around, it was amazing. Also, Frank is helpful and amazing if there happens to be any questions, communication was basically instant. The house itself is cute and cozy and with 3 bedrooms completely handled our needs. Will stay here again for sure.

Great location, amazing property

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay very much. The house was lovely, clean, and updated, with plenty of room for everyone. We were all very comfortable. The yard was huge and the kids loved playing with Boots the cat. It feels like a rural setting, but is just 5 minutes from downtown Franklin. Frank was very kind and graciously answered our many questions. We would definitely stay at this property again when visiting our son who lives in the area. Thanks, Frank, for making us feel special!

Franklin getaway

Such a beautiful property!! Wow!! Frank’s property is such a great find. It’s set back from the street so you have a sense of peace and privacy from the front of the house. This is even greater when you go out back and sit by the firepit and see a living bamboo privacy wall on one side and a beautiful view of magnolia trees, an amazing barn and just scenic views in a restful place. Once inside, perfectly lovely!! Everything is higher end, clean, comfortable, and well equipped for anything you need. Plenty of lush towels, coffee pods, bathroom toiletries, even some food essentials in the cabinets! We lacked NOTHING in this place!! Although we weren’t lucky enough to actually meet Frank, he was super responsive to all communication, was willing to give suggestions if we needed anything, and was thoughtful enough to check in and see if we were good and comfortable! I have zero negative comments!! You’ll be lucky to stay here if you come to Franklin!

The house is very nice. Bedrooms spacious, bathrooms both nice and great open living space. The yard is so spacious, pretty and private. The screened in porch was great. Boots the outdoor cat was so sweet! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place; great host

We traveled to Franklin for a family wedding that included events in downtown Franklin and at Homestead Manor. The location of this house was perfect, as it was about 10 minutes to both events. It was very private and very quiet. There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including a screened in porch that was wonderful. It’s nicely decorated and was very clean. If we’re ever back in Franklin, we would definitely rebook this place!

Peaceful Retreat

We loved staying in this beautiful Franklin home. The six of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. The house is extremely clean, has very comfortable beds and a great kitchen with jenair appliances. Frank was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. The setting is beautiful, quiet and very peaceful. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic property

This is a perfect home for being located very close to wherever you need to be, but you feel like you are far away from the crowds and traffic. The home is open, with large rooms for gathering and relaxing with your people. There are several outdoor living spaces as well. The owner was quick to communicate. Don't hesitate to book.

Lovely Home

This home was the perfect place for my mini family reunion. We needed a comfortable place to hang out, play games, and eat treats all day -- and this property fit the bill perfectly. Incredible house- very well maintained. Bedrooms are all great size with plenty of room. Beautiful kitchen and well appointed. Lovely outside and screened in porch areas. Frank was incredibly attentive and easy with which to work!

Screened Porch, Well Managed

We loved how short the drive to Nashville was. Nice beds, nice linens, nice furniture, nice appliances. LOVED SITTING ON THE SCREENED PORCH FOR MORNING COFFEE. Would stay here every time, when we return. Manager answers all questions very quickly. Very Organized. Lots of good local restaurants. Ate at Grays, Rubys Sunrise- both good. Prices in Tennessee are much higher for everything compared to Texas.
