Come and enjoy this cozy, freshly renovated home away from home that's nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from historic downtown Franklin. The Parkside Pines provides immediate direct access through our gated fence to Jim Warren park; including walking/ bike paths, athletic fields, tennis/ basketball courts as well as a playground and skate park. We renovated this home with the sole purpose of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience while exploring small town American at its finest in the heart of Tennessee. Come see for yourself, you’re going to love it!

Three bedrooms are all on the main level of the home, with two twin beds in the bonus room.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This Franklin home worked perfectly for our family holidays. The location and neighborhood can’t be beat. Everything was neat and clean, thoughtfully decorated and the layout of the house is great. Great home for families- plenty of room , with an extra loft area for kids. Lots of kitchen gadgets and space to cook. The backyard was good big. Only suggestion would be o provide shampoo and conditioner and soap as traveling with it is not the greatest!
