My wife and I were in town to spend the holiday weekend with our daughters who recently moved to Franklin. What a great home and location. We were able to spend one night in Nashville (20 min uber), host a few meals, while also enjoying all that Franklin has to offer. The home is very comfortable and Gretchen was very accommodating. Great time had by all!

Great home near downtown Franklin

We absolutely loved this property!! Super close to downtown Franklin Main Street with shops and restaurants. Home was spacious, beds were super comfortable and very very clean! Loved the screened in back porch. Will definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was more than adequate. As we had planned, we ate out almost every meal - used the kitchen for cold breakfast, coffee. Really appreciated the coffee and soft drinks on arrival. It was not as close to downtown as expected and there wasn’t a grocery store nearby. But we managed. Overall, the stay was fine.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify, for others who might read this review. This property is 0.7 miles to the Starbucks in downtown Franklin. There are three Krogers all within 5 - 8 minutes from the property and Target is 8 mins.

Fabulous Franklin Home

We loved our stay! The home is charming, clean, and welcoming with a lot of nice touches. The host communicated well, access to the property was seamless, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Close walk to charming downtown Franklin.

The house was exactly what we are expecting. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The screened in porch was a favorite of our. We sat out there every there every night. I loved that the bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials. I would difinity stay there again.

Perfect for friends!

Great house with a wonderful screened porch and large backyard. We had 3 couples and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the little touches. It’s a nice walk to downtown.
