Stunning property. Very private with incredible pool that gets sunlight all day. Kitchen very well equipped and Property Management Company was very accommodating.

Beautiful Home!

Incredible find in one of the best neighborhoods in Narragansett. Loved the included town beach passes, this made going to and from the beach so much easier with young children in tow. Our family spent so much time in the beautiful pool as well! We adored this spot and can't wait to return.

Summer Beach Week

We had a great time spending a week in August. The swimming pool in the back was a highlight all week long. The large yard was also great for the kids to run around. The rooms were comfortable -- not luxurious, but very comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic. And the house is such a cool property.

Summer by the shore

We have rented this property twice and will again! So enjoyed our time. The option of the pool or a beach is perfect for our family. Reading a book in the outdoor seating area or having a cocktail there with a fire on a cool summer night is my favorite. And can’t forget the ping pong tournaments! Can’t wait to go back!

Stupendous!

Jaw dropping beauty and comfort. The estate naturally is a beautiful structure, yet it furnished sumptuously and the art is magnificent. Every amenity is taken care of. The pool is surrounded by impeccable gardens! The beds…the mattresses… the sheets and pillows, all top notch! And ping pong!

Backyard pool area is EXCELLENT! Beautiful yard, gardens, lots of seating however it would have been great to have more lounge chairs around pool - there were only 2. The space was great for outdoor dining with plenty of tables and chairs. Beautiful bright and sunny kitchen is modern and well equipped. The family room off the kitchen was very comfy, beachy and pleasant. Master Bedroom is beautiful and 2 of the other 3 Bedrooms on the 2nd floor were very nice. Only sleeping accommodation negative was the 1st floor small bedroom which was musty and bed/pillows were not very comfortable, and bedroom with two beds upstairs also had hard uncomfortable mattresses. Just a note: The house is really not small child friendly due to the 2nd floor open gallery which encircles the upper floor of the massive living room - so with 4 small children we had to be super vigilant. But overall it’s a great property. Outdoor space and beautiful sparkling clean pool were the real standouts!
