Not to be confused with an ocean view unit, this privately owned updated sixth floor OCEANFRONT suite with a private balcony offers unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and coastline.

Enjoy breakfast with breathtaking views of the rising sun over the ocean; a romantic moonlight dinner; an evening snuggled on the lounge to the sounds of the waves; or a cozy evening to a fireplace on those chilly nights.

The suite offers two luxurious queen size beds in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa for extra guests. Plenty of eating areas, and a beautifully furnished living room with an electric fireplace that can be used with or without heat.

The hotel offers two outdoor pools, an outdoor kiddie pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a heated indoor pool for those late night or early morning swims, and an exercise room.

The hotel is located within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, and a short drive to the boardwalk and pier.

PLEASE NOTE: Kiddie pool remains closed.

The ocean / beach views were a wonderful, especially the couple beautiful sun rises we were able experience. The room and the host May were great. May made the check in and out very easy with explicit, detailed and easy to follow instructions. The important part of the trip, the room, was great. May keeps the room well stocked and maintained which made us feel right at home. Thank you May. The property is still a little rough which I assume was hurricane related but most of the amenities were still available. The parking or parking access was the only awkward thing. THANK YOU AGAIN!! I would definitely recommend the stay.

Hello Terri, I'm sorry to see you did not have a 10/10 experience despite your glowing review of the condo and experience via your VRBO message sent on your check out date. My goal is to provide a 10/10 experience for all my guests. If the 8/10 is due to the hot water in the shower, I wish you would have reached out to me affording me the opportunity to advise you on the simple turn of the handle for either hot or cold water before your stay ended. That was the only complaint you stated in your aforementioned check out message. I only learned you did not know how to operate the handle on the day were checking out. No other guest has had an issue with it. Regardless, I am happy to see you enjoyed the condo, particularly the private balcony. I too very much enjoy and appreciate the units private balcony (few within the resort).

Room was nice and looked like the pictures. Property description was misleading. One outside pool, and the indoor pool were opened but only open until 8:00. The other half of the outdoor space was condemned, not as pictured in the listing. No access to the beach, had to walk around and use a public access-not a huge deal, but an inconvenience. The room was nice, beds were generally comfortable and location was great.

The other outdoor pool, kiddie pool and restaurant remain closed due to hurricane damage. The reduced nightly pricing reflects these amenity closures.**

40th Anniversary trip

This condo was perfect for our stay. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and bed. Great ocean view off our private balcony. Owner was great responding to all text even when I ask about events in the area.

Amazing View

The stay was amazing and the property manager was very accommodating. The room was exactly as described, easy check in process, amazing view of the ocean from the room. Parking was easy access and the beach was extremely convenient to get to from the room. Great place to stay, we spent a week and would definitely consider staying at this location again. It was a pleasure and my family loved the experience!
