Welcome to Suncatcher (#18) - your warm and whimsical desert escape, a bright, thoughtfully designed tiny home at Zion’s Tiny Getaway. Styled in soft, sun-washed tones and playful desert accents, this cozy retreat blends charm, comfort, and modern convenience, creating the perfect home base for couples or small groups exploring Southern Utah.
Inside, you’ll find a welcoming space featuring a comfy queen bed, a sofa bed for an additional guest, and a full bathroom. The living area includes a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings after a day of adventure. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker, and essentials - ideal for easy meals at home.
Step outside to your private deck, complete with seating, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit, perfect for sunrise coffee or unwinding under the night sky. Free parking, EV charging, and playground access add comfort and convenience to your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Zion’s Tiny Getaway sits in the heart of Southern Utah’s canyon country, where red-rock cliffs, open desert, and dark night skies create a stunning backdrop for your stay. Our tiny home community is located just off Highway 59, so you may notice some road activity as you arrive - but the homes back up to sweeping red-rock views and a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful place to unwind once you’re settled in.
Apple Valley itself is a small, rural desert town with virtually no light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. With Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and countless trails and viewpoints within easy reach, this location puts you right in the middle of Southern Utah’s best scenery and outdoor experiences.

Why they chose this property
The Sun Catcher is one of 16 tiny homes in our 5-acre community. Its surrounded by mountain views and an open landscape. You'll enjoy outdoor seating, and so much more. This tiny home features one loft, a full bathroom, and kitchen, lots of windows, and a playground. We chose this location because it has everything required for the perfect vacation: close to several state parks, national parks, and easy access. It's the perfect combination.
What makes this property unique
If I had to pick my favorite features they would be stargazing and trail access. with no light pollution, you can see the milky way and an endless star-filled sky. we do offer telescopes for an additional charge.
