Kid-friendly amenities and less than 2 miles to Disney! Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome in a gated community comes packed with everything parents need to make your vacation easy!

We provide a portable crib, high chair, baby bath, stroller, footstool, baby gate, games, toys, and more. No kids on your trip? All child-friendly amenities are tucked away unless needed. The Oakwater Resort also features a zero grade entry pool, playground, gym, hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, walking trail, and game room! The resort is within walking distance to Walmart for those last minute items and is a quick drive to many restaurants.

In our unit, you will find a living room with couch (sofa bed), loveseat, coffee table/secret toy chest, tv, electric fireplace, and a window seat overlooking the lake and preserve. There is a desk/designated workspace. The dining room has room for seven. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to whip up your family's favorites. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser, a screened-in balcony overlooking the lake and preserve, and its own bathroom with large glass shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and tv. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and tv sure to please the kids! A utility room features an in-unit washer/dryer! The entire unit is on the second floor.

It was a great location. An amazing condo to stay in. Our family had a great time in Florida and the ease of the condo and location made everything. Just a wonderful stay. The space was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely stay there again.

Late Galantine’s getaway

Over all it was okay except you do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get up to the main level and the top of the stairs had a locked gate it took us a little while to figure out how to open it which was frustrating as we were holding our luggage on the stairs, also my 6yr old went barefoot in the room and his feet were black so the floor was dirty I think everything else seemed clean and the other negative was the sprinklers came on early in the mornings around 8:30ish and there was no way to get to the car without running through it and getting wet. Disney is about 15mins away and universal is over a 30min drive just FYI

The PERFECT place to stay for a family trip to the parks!

Really, this place was fantastic! We are a family of five with three young kids. We came to Orlando to visit Universal and Disney. In the past we have stayed at Disney resorts but this time decided to save the money and stay in a rental. Boy am I glad we did!! It was SOOO nice to have separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen as opposed to being crammed into a hotel room. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. I loved having coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching the sun rise over the pond. The location is perfect- about 30 min to Universal Studios but only 15 or less to the Disney parks! And there’s a Walmart right outside the neighborhood where you can pick up groceries or anything you need. Thanks to the close proximity to Disney, we were able to come home mid-day for a nap before heading back for the evening. We were very happy with the condo and would definitely stay again!
