Condo smells musty and many things are worn. The amount of towels and supplies provided are not enough so be prepared to do laundry and buy bathroom/kitchen items.

Tried contacting VRBO multiple times. Checked in and all the towels were damp, no blankets, no top sheets on the bunk beds. Had to go buy towels and blankets for my family of 6. One garbage bag supplied, only soap was hand soap was in the master bathroom. Kids pillows on bunk beds were so dirty we saw after we had to strip the beds before checkout. The only thing this place has going for it is the view and property.

We’re glad you enjoyed the view and the property. We provide a washer and dryer in the unit along with laundry supplies, so linens and towels can be refreshed during your stay if needed. We also have a caretaker available to assist with any issues, and they were not contacted during your visit, as confirmed on our end. Had we been made aware, we would have worked to resolve these concerns right away. As a vacation rental, we provide essential starter supplies rather than hotel-style service. Thank you for letting us know about your visit.

Air filters were very full and HVAC system needs to be thoroughly cleaned out. Place smelled of mold and needed to be aired out for hours a day. Cabinet door missing under sink. Other than those things, really nice! thank you.

Perfect location for all things Theme Park. We had a wonderful stay. Check-in and Check-out process was very easy. All necessary items were provided in the apartment (including soap, tabs for the dish washer and tide). Some things need a little touch up (outdoor cushions, kitchen ), but overall very nice apartment with beautiful view!

We have stayed at the Blue Heron 3 years in a row and this particular rental meet all our needs. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is we had to provide our own toilet paper when the supply ran out did our 6 day stay

Great location

Me and my sister went for a long weekend visit for her bday. We wanted something convenient to airport and amusement parks. This place nailed it. Farthest drive was 7 miles to Universal Epic. Disney Springs was like 3 miles away and pretty of great places for dinner. Loved the pool and views.

This condo met all our needs. It was so clean, so well stocked, so nicely decorated, and the view of the lake was great. The location was perfect for the parks and other activities like Discovery Cove. And the pool was large and warm. Loved it! I hope to stay again.

Family Summer Getaway

Great condo for a family stay. Location, services and amenities were top notch. Spacious enough to take a break from the kids and enjoy some peace and quiet. The lakefront access provides a change of pace from the grind of amusement parks. Great stay.

We went on a Girls Trip to enjoy the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. It was a lovely weekend! There was a chance of the weekend being a wash out but it was beautiful. When we woke up in the morning we were able to catch the beautiful sunrise over Lake Bryan. The space accommodated 5 ladies and we enjoyed our time there. This was not my first time staying at Blue Heron Beach Resort. It is close to the parks and yet off the back balcony it feels like your somewhere else!

This place was amazing!!! Very clean and spacious!!! Had all of the amenities that we were looking for! 2 pools, hot tub, and a little pool for the children! We had 2 balconies, one in the front of the condo and one in the back! The view from the balcony in the living room was amazing!! It over looked the lack and was perfect to watch the sun rise!! Host was easy to communicate with! Family friendly, our little man loved it! Perfect location not too far from Disney, Universal, stores, even the beach!!! We will definitely be back!

Great location

We stayed in the condo a bit over a week and a half and the experience was great. The rooms are clean and properly maintained. There are great views from both balconies. The condo is located within 5 minutes of Disney springs and some great outlet shopping as well.

Overall great stay. Cons are very limited parking if you plan on returning after 9:00pm you will be parking behind Starbucks
