Villa Blanca is a beautifully restored six unit vacation rental apartment complex in a safe, tranquil, garden like setting steps to the beach and boardwalk. All of the apartments are named after world famous beaches. Our 'Avalon' apartment is bright and sunny with spectacular white water ocean views. You can hear the waves and smell the surf! This spacious two bedroom, second floor, apartment is charming with bright decorator furnishings and chic beach touches. The large kitchen is fully equipped for making a gourmet meal or simply packing a picnic lunch for the beach. The grounds of the building contain a barbecue area and outdoor shower with beach toys and boogie boards. This upscale, family friendly neighborhood is a minute walk from every restaurant cuisine you can imagine, plus shopping, grocery stores, bars and all the boardwalk activities. Freeway access to all San Diego attractions is nearby.


Our Avalon apartment comes access to a single car garage.

We are dog friendly during non-Summer months, and no more than 1 under 50 pounds. Please disclose any animals traveling with you at time of booking. Thank you!

This unit (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
