Phili stay

Several problems with this rental. While the apartment itself was clean and accurately described, the outside of the property was kind of bleak. Entering through the several locked gateways, it was totally littered with trash. The neighbors were playing very loud music the first night until 3 in the morning. It did not feel like a terribly safe place to stay. Additionally as a rental there were a lot of little things that seemed amiss. The kitchen had no bowls to eat our breakfast cereal. The room I stayed in had no lamp. The bathroom had no extra toilet paper, and the downstairs towel rack looked like it had been ripped off the wall. Definitely need to clean up the trash on the ground leading into the house.

Mantua Hidden Place

Rental process was seemless. Access to the property was as described. Was worried about the cameras in the unit. However, the property quickly put me and my guests at ease. More thorough cleaning between rentals should be completed as the downstairs bathroom was not cleaned.
