Easily explore the best of Ocean City from this second-floor (walk-up, no elevator) oceanside condo! Walk just steps to spend the day at the beach. Find a variety of shops and dining options within an easy 10-minute walk up or down the coast. End the day enjoying the coastal breeze on the covered deck, appointed with ample seating.

After a day at the beach, relax in the living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and two recliners. Watch a new movie on the cable TV. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table.

Sip morning coffee on the master bedroom deck. In the evenings, dine alfresco on the covered deck, appointed with table seating for four, as well as additional patio chairs. A shared picnic table is also available underneath the building. When you return from the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower.

Things to Know

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
