Newly remodeled beachfront condo with everything you need to enjoy all that Seal Beach has to offer. Enjoy spectacular views and sunsets on the balcony while being steps from the beach, Seal Beach pier, shopping and dining. The master suite features a king bed, romantic fireplace and full walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and the sofa bed converts to a queen bed. You can sleep 6 comfortably in this beachfront paradise. Please contact me with any additional questions.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We stayed for two months, and from start to finish the experience was seamless. Michael and Tania were both incredibly communicative and always quick to answer any questions, which made a long-term stay especially easy and comfortable.The ocean views were absolutely stunning and something we never got tired of—truly a highlight of the property. The home itself was beautifully maintained with up-to-date, stylish furnishings that felt both comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.The bed and bath linens were nice quality and very comfortable, adding an extra touch of luxury. We also loved the swivel chairs, which were perfect for relaxing while taking in the incredible ocean views.Overall, this was a wonderful VRBO stay and an ideal place for an extended visit. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-appointed home with great ocean views and an attentive host.

Best Beach Stay

This was our second time at this wonderful property and we hope to come again in the future. The location is perfect, the home very comfortable and well equipped and the owner Michael is easily available for any questions.

Great Location

We enjoyed walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The house has a great view of the beach and pier where local musicians played in the evenings, the park where street fairs were set up, and a view of Catalina and cargo ships. The owners helped make the visit perfect.

Wonderful Seal Beach stay

This is a really great, comfortable and well equipped property inside with a fun and amazing view outside every day! All activities in Seal Beach Old town are just a few minutes walk away. This is a very special find on vrbo.

Old Town Seal Beach Oceanview Condo

Our family stayed here for about two months and the hosts were very accommodating and we had no trouble reaching them for anything at all. We had picture-perfect sunsets each evening and we were a few steps away from getting food, coffee and drinks anytime we wanted. The home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Beach front condo.

This condo is right across the street from the Seal Beach Pier. It is very well appointed. We had a fantastic time enjoying the weather and view. The hosts were great to work with! We will be back next year!

Everything we hoped for and more

Hoping to book this place again next summer! Owners were friendly and responsive, the property is well stocked for long stays, and the view is everything! I looked at a lot of beach rentals and so happy we chose this one, it was better than we expected and were so sad to leave. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us and being amazing hosts!

Due to an accident, we had to extend our stay in this VRBO. Since we love this place (please see my earlier review) — we were so grateful that it was available. Really helped my husband have enough time to heal, in a lovely place. I look forward to our next visit!

Great view.

We stayed at this location for 5 weeks. It is our second time to stay here. The location is conveniently located near the Seal Beach pier. It has a view of the ocean overlooking Ocean Ave. it is near old town Seal Beach and Main Street. There are many nice amenities. The kitchen is well appointed and the furnishings are top notch. Recommend a stay at this vrbo.

Top Beach Vacation

Amazing Condo!! Location is a 10 for sure! It was like really getting away from it all, yet only 20 minutes from home! The beds were wonderful, fabulous kitchen, great walk in shower and a bathtub for the little ones. Comfy furniture in living space. The view rivaled by none. The ocean to look at, all day long, right above the Beach Vibes of downtown Seal Beach! It was Epic!!!

This place is amazing! One of a kind!

The pictures don’t do justice, it is even better in person. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, however the restaurants one block away were so amazing, we ended up having dinner outside most nights and enjoying the great food and vibe of Seal Beach. The other thing I really appreciate about this property is all the furniture was very comfortable, and the mattresses were great. The owners have taken great care to make the condo beautiful. We definitely plan to return!

Great property, well equipped with all you need plus . PM was very responsive and helpful. Tried to book again but already booked.. you’ll absolutely love this home.. do not hesitate.. book now!! My only suggestion might be an upgrade to TV, and need better wi-fi. Not a problem though.. you are at the beach so who needs these right?? Had an amazing stay.and will try again!!

Life at the Beach

Seal Beach is a lovely community with lots of civic pride. The view from the windows facing the beautiful Pacific Ocean is a constant source of entertainment. We watched the dog walkers, surfers, joggers, walkers, etc. as we had our morning coffee. Always something interesting happening. Even had some civic events while there in the park. Only complaint is it can become quite noisy when the music starts on the pier. The hosts were responsive and the rental has everything you could possibly desire for a lovely stay.

Our fave VRBO!

We loved this property several years ago, under the previous owner. It’s even better under the new owner — cleaned up and with new paint. The location, 1 block from the main Old Town street and across the street from the pier, beach, and park can’t be beat. There is an endless parade of all varieties of people, while you sit at the kitchen table. Bring your binoculars! (BTW, a great opportunity for sketching!) The house itself is very comfortable. Due to Covid, I primarily cooked our meals ‘at home’. This VRBO’s kitchen is the best well stocked of any I’ve ever rented. My only recommendations would be for a salad spinner and a ‘church key’ (eg, such as to open a beer). Finally, this particular home is a favorite for us because my husband is handicapped & cannot do stairs. This place is unique in having its own private elevator. Also, the shower in the master bedroom is a flat-walk-in. (My husband can walk a few steps, and we had our own shower chair. There are no bars, but it worked fine for him since the shower is on an adjustable hose.) Because my husband had an accident (almost hit by a car) while we were there, we had some personal challenges and had to extend our stay while he healed. Mr. Costa, the owner, was excellent to work with. My plea is, don’t stay here — leave it open for our next visit! :-)
