Pacific Coast Highway is a few blocks away if you want to head south toward Huntington Beach, Newport Beach or San Diego or north toward Los Angeles.
The front entry has a beautiful rose garden, tasteful landscaping, dusk to dawn exterior lighting, and automated irrigation system.

First floor full bath has a bathtub/shower unit, 2-sink vanity with quartz countertop, quiet ventilation fan, dimmable recessed lighting, linen closet, and Italian tile.
First floor garage has a washer and dryer with padded gym floor area with a new Nordic exercise bike and weight bench.
There is a private hot and cold exterior shower area with individual lighting.
There is one interior garage parking space and exterior alley parking space behind/next to the garage door.

Beautiful beach house that’s a short walk from the beach and also restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
This place is stunning. Everything was clean and beautiful. As mentioned it is a very short walk to Main St. Seal Beach, with plenty of shops and places to eat. The beach is also a short walk. We loved staying here and would definitely highly recommend it. Michael was also super communicative and easy to reach.
Great house! Large, modern, open plan and close to the beach and Main Street. And, we had a bonus of the Car Show that was in town. So fun! Michael is a very nice guy and great host!
We love Seal Beach and this house has a great location. Everything about it was first class in my opinion. We were traveling with our son and his family and we all had a wonderful time and there’s plenty of room for our group of six. The property manager is super helpful.
We really enjoyed this home in Seal Beach. Michael helped us settle in and show us how the remotes worked. We walked everywhere and enjoyed perfect weather. The neighborhood is super quiet. The home is bright and comfortable.
Spacious modern beach near green belt, beach and shopping. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very easy to check in and out of. Convenient parking and laundry in the garage. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious and updated. We look forward to returning.

Loved the location
We enjoyed being in Seal Beach which we are familiar with. The things I would suggest for future renters that management kindly supply more than 1 roll of toilet paper extra per bathroom, and more than 1 roll of paper towels. We had a party of 6 people including 3 young children. It just doesn't make sense that we paid this top to not have correct supplies. And one last thing, the floors were dirty. We walked barefoot and all of our feet were unclean even though it was supposed to have been cleaned before our arrival.And I think the cleaning crew should have stripped the beds, etc. Didn't feel like that was a necessary requirement for renting this place. Don't know that I would stay again due to these issues.

There were 3 rolls of paper towel supplied with 2 under the kitchen sink and one in the countertop dispenser. There was an extra roll of toilet paper under each bathroom vanity sink. The first floor guest bathroom has a double toilet paper unit that was supplied with 2 rolls. The cleaning crew mopped all floors before arrival. Susan was informed before booking her visit that she was responsible for stripping the beds, etc. On 6/18, Susan informed us that someone locked the upstairs powder room from the inside. We promptly visited the property and opened the locked powder door. At that time, the 3 children were quite rambunctious, and the house was in disarray. During this visit, we spoke to Susan who said she was pleased with the property amenities and had no questions or issues. On 6/23, Susan requested a late 1 PM checkout for 6/25. The same day, we informed her that late checkout was not possible. After their visit, cleanup was at the high end of the spectrum. On 6/26, we texted Susan a photo of wet children’s clothes that they left in the dryer. Susan said she would check with her daughter on what to do with the clothes. We waited 9 days for Susan’s response and reached out to her again on 7/6 to ask what she would like us to do with the clothes, and she finally said to discard them. In summary, we were responsive and in regular prompt communication with this guest and feel her 3-star rating was unwarranted.
