About this property

Adorable Beach Bungalow

Our 1,000 square foot, newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Beach Bungalow is located only 200 yards from the ocean and 300 yards to the bay.

2nd Street, the epicenter of dining, shopping and night time entertainment, is a block away.

Easily walk to these locations or less than 5 minute drive to:
Seal Beach and its quaint main street and pier
Downtown Long Beach, with the Aquarium, Queen Mary

Or, easily drive down PCH, visit H. Beach, Bolsa Chica, and Newport Beach.
The space
Our newly remodeled beach bungalow is the perfect spot for a family to come and enjoy the beautiful Long Beach weather and beach activities.

We have 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a 3rd bedroom with full size bunk beds which can sleep kids or adults.

Guests have access to the full house and our 2 car garage.
Other things to note
Our house is stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy the nearby beaches. We have beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, sand toys, scooter, and 2 kayaks.

If you want to cook at home, our kitchen is fully outfitted with brand new appliances and there is a propane barbecue on the backyard patio.

If you want to relax and watch telly, we have 3, all with cable.

This beach house was so cute, airy, clean, and overall a great home to vacation with family! The hosts were great at responding, the instructions were seamless. There were so many beach toys, we were grateful they were willing to share. This was a perfect spot for beach Disney trip and will definitely come back again. This was our first time at Long Beach and we loved how close it was to second street. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from!

We had a wonderful stay here. We are familiar with the neighborhood, love the Second Street vibe and being able to walk everywhere. The host provided beach items and kayaks, which was very accommodating. The house is lovely and beds are comfortable. We had everywe needed and have no negative thoughts. Great place!

We loved our stay. Walking distance to the beach one direction and every kind of shop or restaurant you could want the other direction. Our favorites are win-dow burger (delicious, reasonably priced, don't miss the brussel sprouts) and the galata halal Turkish restaurant (amazing food, excellent customer service, try the pomegranate tea!). The beach is great, not too crowded. The house had plenty of room for our party of 6. No A/C, but ceiling fans and 3 large fans with the windows open kept us comfortable. Nice extras like some snacks, cream, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods. All the beach supplies you could want - kayaks, boogie boards, towels, wagon, sand toys, etc. Neighbors were all very friendly. I appreciate minimal expectations for cleaning for check out too! Perfect trip!

Great stay and amazing location!

We absolutely loved this little bungalow and its proximity to so many wonderful areas of Long Beach. We were just a few blocks from the bay and the ocean, as well as shops and places to eat. The beds were cozy and we had everything we needed for a great stay, including extra fans which helped a lot, as we’re not used to no A/C. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Charming cottage in sweet neighborhood

Stayed for 5 days. The neighborhood is perfect -quaint, charming, nestled a block from the shops and restaurants on 2nd Street, and just a few blocks from the beach. The house is perfectly outfitted and decorated, and the host was very responsive.

Perfect Bungalow

We are entrepreneurs who love to think of new ideas and refine existing ones. Our son Kenneth is 21 years old and a senior in college.. He is a surfer and water polo player.

Since we own a SAAS (software as a service) company, we are able to work from almost anywhere. We travel at least 2 months a year to all different parts of the world. We have swapped homes the last 2 summers (London and Paris) and loved the experience of living like a local.
