Beautiful property in a fantastic location. The owner did a fantastic job with the updates. Pool area is great. Property is well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spotless gem with a wonderful pool in a great little community

Totally renovated with brand new appliances. Great host who responded immediately to emails. Dedicated covered parking space at building.

Good location

Property has been updated. Clean and owner super nice and easy to work with. Good location with hot tub and pool very accessible. Unit could use an upgrade on closet space. Has the space but needs more shelving and storage. Nice updated shower

Best rental ever!!

Chalet Palms is a quiet, secluded condo complex just above The River in Rancho Mirage. We basically had the heated pool and hot tub to ourselves for 9 weeks. We had family join us in March and again over Easter. We hosted Easter Dinner poolside for 10 people. Our host, Julio, was incredibly easy to work with. The times I had to text him to ask how things worked, etc. was probably over the top, but he handled two aging Canadians with grace, humour, and patience!!
