Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return any moved furniture to its original place
Please collect all bathrooms and kitchen trash to the trash canes outside. Pick up of trash is on Saturday early morning.
Be sure to lock the door before u leave the house and text the host that you already left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool heater use fees $40per day .should be requested and paid before check in . Thanks Jacousi usage 50/day

Great Location! Responsive Host!

The property manager, Greg was very responsive to our needs. There was a problem with the jazz barbecue grill and pool heater, but after contacting Gege, she was on it and called a plumber and got everything working for us promptly. Very clean. We would definitely rent from her again!

Great spot for a weekend in Vegas

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party and had an excellent stay. It’s a very short drive from the Strip, and close to the airport as well. There are several bedrooms and lots of amenities so it’s great for larger groups. The pool and back deck area were great for relaxing in the events after the days adventures, and all the bedrooms were comfortable and quite clean. The host was friendly and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely book this spot again!

Hi we are 4 families and was looking for 4 bath home. The listing of this house shows it has 4 full bathrooms. But when we reached there, got to know that it has only 3 fully operational bathrooms. It was big disappointment for us. Also, there was no ice, not enough dining chairs for two families. TV was not working in the living room.

Nice place and location is a plus!

The property is spacious and clean. It has a game/sun room and a pool although we were not able to use them as we were always out. Gege was helpful and reached out to ask if we needed anything else. It's nice to know she is there in case we needed anything which we did after we checked out. My brother left his passport in one of the rooms and only noticed when we were at the airport. When I reached out to Gege to ask if he can come back to check, she immediately said he can although it was already late at night. We were glad the place is very near the airport so he didn't miss the flight.

Great Location!

I really enjoyed this house. There are a few things that could be updated but for the price and the location, I felt it was a very good deal. The house is literally, 4-minutes to the airport, 5-minutes to the Strip and about 10-12 minutes to the Convention Center. We were a group of professionals that were up and out early every morning and fairly late to get in so, not sure about plane noise during the day but, we never heard them at night. The owner was quick to respond to any issues we had and her maintenance man was kind and professional. The saltwater swimming pool is so incredible after being on the trade show floor; we were in it daily! We did not use the hot tub or the fourth bathroom, that's in the pool house, but it was nice to know they were there if we needed them.

This place is perfect for staying in Vegas! Six bedrooms and one room had four beds in it. Pool! Great pool! We had a good time in the afternoon beating the Vegas heat. We are definitely staying here again. I have few comments for people booking this place. 1. It is oddly shaped. It throws you for a loop but after about 15 min you get it. This is a good set up. Two bedrooms on one side away from everyone. Two bedrooms in the middle. And two at the other end. Two bedrooms have bathroom attached. Living room is by the first bedrooms. It’s huge and has two sectionals. 2. Kitchen- two fridges. Two coffee makers. My only wish would be if they had a drawer of condiment packets from when guests leave. This has been a lifesaver on other trip. Maybe don’t throw all food away. 3. Fully gated property. Ubers in less than a minute. Great delivery of food and supplies. Backyard is great! Lots of options to sit. We moved the umbrella over the pool steps for some shade. The area is dated and doesn’t look great. But it felt safe like the neighborhood would never let anything happen to anyone. Old school Vegas neighborhood. Great place to stay. I really mean Ubers in less than a minute. We couldn’t even get out the door before it showed up. Also if you want to rent a car for few hours to cruise the strip- there is a Turo outfit that will delivery and pick up the car for you.

Plenty of room

We had plenty of room inside and outside. Communication was great. The house could have been a little cleaner. We were notified that the washing machine was broken, but when we arrived the hallway toilet was not fixed. It was fixed by the end of the night. The shower in bedroom 6 needs to be fixed as well. Things listed that would be there were not. Coffee pot had mold in it. The pool was cleaned the next day on arrival and we were able to use it. Id they took a break out from renting it back to back and fixed things it would be perfect.

Close to everything.

Property was really close to everything. Large home with plenty of room for everyone. Pool was beautiful. Wish we could have used it but during our stay in October the wind was too high to comfortably be in it.

BedRooms was enough for all my family . The 2 refrigerators were awesome for my family needs & having the heated pool & jacouzi was the best. Thank you for our Vegas experience !

Does not have 4 bathrooms!

This home should not be available to rent. There is junk everyywhere! We counted 42 chairs just in the pool area. There is unusable exercise equipment inside the home and outside. Honestly, it looks like the owner uses the place as a storage unit. The kitchen is not well equipped. There was 14 of us in the home and we had 6 towels. No hand towels or dish towels. But there are 4 coffee makers :( There was a broken crib in one room. Literally, the leg was broken, if someone who have put a baby in there, they would have been hurt when it crumbled to the floor. We could never get the front door to lock, so when we left the home, it was open. The 4th bathroom is outside and it is in a storage closet and completely unusuable.

House and property was very accommodating. Pool and Hot tub were great. Everyone had there own space and we had a group of 12. 4th bathroom was outside and not usable. And there was a lack of towels and toilet paper. Overall if you have a big group i recommend it.
