Host was VERY responsive up to and during our stay. Wonderful house and property and perfect place for our families to spend time together. Plenty of space in the house and the game room was a great hangout for the kids to have something to do.

It was an amazing property with so much for the kids to do. It has a community dock but we were able to tie up at the property with the boat. It’s really the best property we have ever rented.

Large and well stocked home where our 3 families came together and enjoyed the lakeside getaway. The game room held many pool and tabletop shuffle board games. The kayaks and other lake toys were also enjoyed.

This is a beautiful home with tons of room inside and out. When we weren’t outside, my family loved to hang out in the game room. The host was great to work with. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Lake Barkley.

The place was perfect for getting 16 members of our family together with some local friends to celebrate my mother’s life. The space was great for allowing large groups to gather both inside and out. The lake views were fantastic and the game room was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend Dave’s property for any and all large groups.

Very responsive host, excellent amenities, and well worth seeing in-person. We were able to spy an eagle on-property for several hours and enjoyed the chipmunk and squirrels coming up onto the porch — all very easy with the massive windows. Furnishings were more-than-adequate and everyone was comfortable while we streamed, gamed on handhelds, and played board games.Kitchen was formatted incredibly thoughtfully with tons of dishware and a double dishwasher to keep things easy and fresh. Plenty of room to cook for the extended family, and a generous table to sit everyone down.Well-cleaned and well-kept, with high-end detailing that shows even more impressively in-person. Every guest asked about coming back for a second trip to this location!

Great place for family gatherings
