We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. While many find this a plus and enjoy being close to the action, it is not for everyone We’re sorry that the pool area required more upkeep than expected during your stay. With the surrounding trees, leaves and debris can be an ongoing challenge, but we understand that having to sweep the pool area multiple times a day took away from your enjoyment of the space. We’ll certainly share this feedback with our team. We also appreciate your comments regarding the activity from the nearby café and the sounds from The Windjammer. Being close to the center of Isle of Palms does provide wonderful convenience, but we understand that it can also mean more activity and noise during the day and during events. Most importantly, we apologize for the elevator becoming dysfunctional during your stay. We regret that this added another inconvenience to your visit. We appreciate your balanced feedback and are glad there were still aspects of the home and location that you enjoyed. Thank you for staying with us.
