The property was great. It was spacious and we enjoyed the pool, living area and video games. It took awhile to figure out how to play the video games but once we did, we had fun. When you turn off the freeway and get close to where the house is, it isn't the best of neighborhoods. Where the house was, it was better and we didn't have any issues. There were 4 of us and we each had our own room so that was great. The room was cheap on expedia but before we paid, we had to pay a cleaning fee that was more than i was expecting so the final price was more than what expedia was listing it as but still not bad. Overall a good experience.

House needs updating. Listed they had a jacuzzi, but didn’t have one. The pool table was full of mold and the gym is a treadmill and a leg lift. Not what we expected for the cost. Pool was nice, but water fall didn’t work.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor space was really nice and comfortable. The location is great proximity to main Vegas attractions. Everything went very smoothly and the house offered a lot of fun family activities.

I have seen how the owner responds to others with negative reviews, therefore I will preface by saying I have no reason to lie, nothing to gain, have 5 star rating as a guest from every air bnb/VRBO we have ever stayed at. We are 4 friends in our 50s/60s that travel together to see the sites. This has to be the dirtiest place we have ever stayed. There is no hot tub as advertised and when brought to the attention of the owner he said it was a mistake and the hot tub had been removed 6 months ago and "Its 100 degrees outside, pool is just like a hot tub." Which brings me to the pool. Peeling paint on the bottom, missing tiles, dirty and just not appealing. Broken glass on sliding door was covered with a spray painted piece of plywood, all the vents were thick with dirt, rugs throughout the home look like they haven't been washed in months, the dishes were dirty and had to be washed prior to use, no wash rags or dish towels for doing dishes (no dishwasher) missing light bulbs, clogged drains balloons(white) and streamer (red) left hanging from previous stay, used wash rags/loofahs left is shower, tub not clean and pool table moldy. There is a roof top terrace, but the floor is soft ( safety issue)and there is no longer furniture up there as pictured. Pros: Great hot water pressure, good air-conditioning, pretty comfortable beds and washer/dryer for use.

None of what was listed reflects reality at all... the Jacuzzi was removed six months ago, and all the photos... There wasn't a single complaint during the stay... from the guests... they were rude from the start... and tried to pressure me!!!!! There was no towel there... the window is painted white; there is no plywood... Sponges and cleaning supplies were in the kitchen, but the guests never once asked for help!!!!

The location was not the best the street the house is on is fair at best but you have to go through the ghetto to get there. The pots and pans were terrible. Old and teflon was peeling on them. Tile was cracked in the bathroom. Landscape was overgrown. Added additional rules the day before arrival like no music around the pool plus parking only in the garage. Has a noise detector in the house if the kids are playing makes loud noise. The hot tub was nice

We had a wonderful stay for my kids birthday! The place was very clean and well maintained, and the owner was extremely quick to respond, which we truly appreciated. All the basic amenities were convenient and thoughtfully provided. There were so many things to do right at the house, including a ping pong table and pool table, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, due to the weather we didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool and hot tub, but they were a great bonus to have. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very close to the Strip, Uber rides were about 20 each trip. Food options nearby were very convenient with plenty of choices, which made getting meals easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Final Four weekend

This was a very nice and relaxing property with plenty of rooms. It's convenient location to Uber to strip or old Vegas. Owner was helpful and we were appreciative of the opportunity to stay there.
