The apartment is in a private building that has 9 units just for Short Term Rental. We provide assigned private parking which is well-illuminated and has security cameras for your peace of mind. This unit is a one-bedroom apartment made specifically for Short Term Rental. It is intended for 2 guests. We provide a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed (medium hardness). Have in mind this unit is a small apartment. We believe we did an excellent job spacing it out and making it very cozy and comfortable. The space is not shared with anyone else, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, eating area, TV. All 9 apartments are next to each other, think of it as an Apartment Hotel / Nice motel. The apartment is located on the second floor therefore there is a need to climb stairs. We include towels, toilet paper, sheets and pillows, quilts, water, snacks, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We offer high-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime video, and other Roku channels with live streaming TV. There is no cable TV in our units (who uses that anyway). If you need to use our Laundry, we provide access for an extra small fee of $10 for detergents and use. The schedule is from 6 pm until 10 am.
