Lovely cottage on beautiful Lake Hayward. Very clean, comfortable accommodations and the view of the lake is stunning. The bathroom was newly renovated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make and serve our meals. The host was very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this property and we hope to return soon!

A lovely stay on the Lake

Great Place

Nice house just a short walk to the lake for swimming. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with pots, dishes and many other useful kitchen items. The house was very clean and stocked with bedding and towels. It’s a great spot for a family with children or a few adults who want a little get-a-way spot.

Wonderful experience

The property was extremely comfortable for everyone. We had extended family so the social areas for talking were excellent, indoor and out. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and had a grill. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed to contact with questions.

Beautiful, scenic location on Lake Hayward

Beautiful views from this rustic, comfortable lakeside cottage in a quiet community. FYI, make sure you have bottled water, soap, shampoo and basic kitchen supplies (like keurig coffee) milk, etc before arriving. Also, the cottage though it accommodates 6, would probably work best for a smaller party with only one bathroom in the cottage.

Beautiful water views!

Amazing place that allows you to relax along a fabulous lake. Playground doen the street for my toddler and a basketball court she loved to play on. We would go on walks and she loved all the bunny and squirrel sightings. 16 minutes from the dinosaur place, and 37 minutes from Mystic Aquarium.

Just Relax

Rented with a dear friend of mine who lives in Florida. We don’t get to see each other often and neither of us has taken a full week off from work in two years. This destination was exactly what we needed! A few days at the beach, reading on the screened in porch on rainy days, and enjoying some of the local restaurants. Excellent place to forget about work and simply be.

Great stay with family

We had a great time. Theres a great view of the lake and a short walk to the beach. There were AC's in the rooms which was important as it was pretty hot some days. The house was a bit bigger than I thought based on the pictures, which was a bonus. All in all, great spot to stay with a family and lots to do in the area like Gillette castle, dinosaur place, mystic aquarium, etc.
