***Pool is open May-Oct 1st (Although the pool is open May 1 the Pool heater and attached spa is turned on when the outside temperature is consistently above 50 degrees at night. Running the Pool heater and spa under 50 degrees risks damaging the pool equipment) &
SPA WILL BE CLOSED STARTING SEPTEMBER-MAY

This spacious peaceful and private home on 5 acres is great for unwinding and relaxing weather it is enjoying the day by the incredible pool/hot tub or star gazing at night. far from the noise and pollution of city life. You can spend a weekend or a week away from work life because you deserve it. Close to Foxwoods casino and Mohegan sun casino, super Walmart and other stores. please let us know before booking more than 4 people weather its just for the day or night. no loud music, no parties!

***1 room and the garage/ attic will be locked for personal and storage as this is our personal vacation home also. No one will be on the property during your stay.

2 working exterior cameras are also located on the property 1 exterior camera located outside above the front door where the lockbox is, the 2nd exterior camera is located outside facing the driveway. Tampering with exterior security cameras is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation with no refund.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to host a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property, and no refund will be issued.

Welcome to our home, away from the city, closer to nature. We are fortunate to own a property on 5 acres of land and love sharing it with you, our guests. Since it is located rurally, occasionally guests may see wildlife such as bunnies, birds, deer or insects. Regular and professional pest control by a local company is performed on the property but occasionally insects may find their way in especially if doors and windows are left open. Refunds are not given for sightings of wildlife or insects.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect Christmas Gift!

Everything about our visit was perfect! My wife and I came to CT to enjoy an early Christmas with our children and grandkids! The Hosts were awesome and the property had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Great for a quick family weekend

For a quick little weekend getaway this property was perfect. My kids and I spent most of our waking hours while we were there in the pool and hot tub when we were not exploring the surrounding area. Great weekend with plenty of local farmers markets in farm stands and plenty of areas to go fishing. Close to Uconn and other attractions. Great place for a quick weekend getaway.

The host Heather was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The house was exactly as billed and very clean. We had everything we needed and would recommend this house to others and would stay there again.

Pool and spa were nice. Pretty view in the backyard. For future guests, keep in mind there are lots of stairs if you have any type of mobility issues. House was in a nice quiet private area.

Home in Columbia, CT

The home was lovely and just a short distance to the winery where my nephew was married. It was clean and comfortable and had a large kitchen where we all could gather for meals. We enjoyed watching movies in the large family room. We would definitely recommend renting this home for a stay in this area!
