Good location but not the best experience
The house itself is great and in a great location. However, we had several issues with the our stay. When we arrived, my husband had to remove a dead snake from the backyard and a dead frog from the hot tub — which was cold. There were no instructions on how to get the hot tub turned on, and we had to text and call Vacasa to get help. They said we probably needed to reset the breaker which they said was located in the garage (which we didn’t have access to). But they said they would send someone over to reset the breaker, which was actually located on the side of the house. The whole first day of our visit, the hot tub had to reheat. The top bunks were not made or ready for us. We had to make those ourselves.The listing stated there was a grill, but the grill has tanks were empty. One of our biggest challenges was that the pool access code they sent was wrong. I communicated this to them, and they gave me another code that also didn’t work. They had me send them pictures showing that access was denied. They asked me if I was in the correct location which I verified. They asked for my phone number and said they would call when they figured out what was going on, and I never received a call. They sent the original code again, which again didn’t work. And then they finally sent another code (which we didn’t try because we received it 2 hours before pool close on our last night). We did get into the pool earlier in the day because another family let us in. Not the best.
