This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is a great location and a great place to stay. My only suggestion would be it needs a bigger capacity washer and dryer!

Great time!

This was a very clean and beautifully located property. Grandpa, dad, mom and the kids really enjoyed the kayaks. Spacious kitchen and large spaces perfect for the whole family to be together. Definitely will stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation at this home with a terrific pool and waterfront location. The house is very comfortable and has plenty of extra linens, towels, pool towels, dishes, pool toys and lots of options for gathering.

Best equipped VRBO ever!

The house was super cute! Love the decor and vacation vibe of the place. It was hands down the most well equipped VRBO I've ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, organized, and the space was great. Highly recommend this property!

Nothing short of amazing

From booking, to check in to checking out we were WOWed. The managers of the property were the best at helping me book this for my husbands birthday and in laws anniversary. They even left a cake and flowers along with a happy birthday card in the fridge. The home was breathtaking. The pool, the water, the rooms. The home was clean, the decor was so awesome and the house had everutjing we needed. Toys, floats, kayaks, spices, all the kitchen gagets that we loved. The fended area for my dogs was perfect, letting my family spend time togeter and make many memories. The massage chair alone is worth the rental... lol.. and the crunchy ise machine was the topping on the stay. You wint go wrong with this place. We will book again.

WONDERFUL PLACE FOR LARGE FAMILY

We had a great experience. The place is lovely, and we enjoyed both the swimming pool and fishing in the canal directly behind the home (we bought fishing poles). We did have a couple of problems that probably should be resolved. The electricity was iffy, lights in all bathrooms were off when we arrived. Kept going in and out during the stay. Also, the BBQ grill was not used by us. The cleaning people are not addressing this, and grease was all over the front of the lovely grill. Rather than spend the time cleaning, we cooked all meals inside. And we went out quite a lot. THANKS to the owner. You have a beautiful place in a great location.

Property needs work

Property was not as expected for the price. Rooftop deck was not accessible due to rot and was boarded off. Pool heater wasn't working and was not fixed during our stay. Pool area in general was unkept with weeds and mold on furniture. The bunk room, located under the rooftop deck, reaked of mold so we didn't use it. Main part of house and lanai was nice. Hate to give a low rating as the manager and her husband seemed to be generally nice people and did try to work with us but for the price paid, the property is currently not up to a premier standard as listed.

I am sorry you didn’t think you got a good value for your stay and we’d love for your family to come back and we will make sure the heat for the pool is on. It was at 90 degrees at the end of your stay, and thanks to your experience we have added checking the pool temperature to our cleaning crew’s list especially in the fall when even in Florida some heat to the pool is welcomed. I will make sure to add in our book that the sun deck (which is not in the listing) but maybe confusing upon arrival as to why it’s blocked off. We also didn’t detect any mold and had a deep clean prior to your stay because we hosted a couple for 2 months because of the hurricane. Best we can figure they were not originally from florida and may not have realized that the a/c needs to run nonstop, they didn’t need that fourth bedroom so they turned off the a/c, however also not being from florida I have learned it is for moisture control not just to keep cool. We enjoyed working with you and truly hope you give us another try this is our personal winter retreat and are always learning.

Wonderful House in Beautiful Canal!

This spacious house has everything. Beautiful views, large heated pool. 4 kayaks, 4 king beds, 3 bathrooms, all new appliances. We enjoyed the large living room and large kitchen. Close to Beach and Wakiki Resort. Very clean, washer/dryer, all kitchen essentials, towels and linens. We definitely will stay here again.

We are from Wisconsin and love water front property and have recently spread out wings to this beautiful florida location. We have been married for 30 years with 5 adult children with their own families so we understand well the needs of bedrooms, a huge well stocked kitchen and fun spaces for all young and old.

Why they chose this property

You may have stayed at our Waupaca Wisconsin location but it's a little chilly there in the winter and we desired to have a warmer destination to travel to that would accommodate our large family and we found it.
